If you’ve ever wrestled a zip tie around a bundle of corrugated conduit on a production line, you already know the problem: standard fasteners are slow, inconsistent, and rarely built for repeat access. Heyco® Nylon Corrugated Conduit/Tubing Mounting Clips with Integral Closure solve that with a design so simple it almost feels like cheating.
The Clip That Does the Work For You
Mounts Heyco Nylon Corrugated Conduit or Tubing securely, vertically or horizontally- Snaps closed with fingertip pressure only, no tools needed
- Fits both fine and coarse pitch conduit/tubing, so one clip covers more of your bill of materials
- Suitable for use by original equipment manufacturers
Built for Access, Not Just Attachment
Here’s where these clips separate themselves from a permanent mount: they open back up.
- Opens easily for temporary access or removal
- Closes again just as easily to re-secure the conduit
- No separate latch to lose or misplace
- Reduces damaged clips and wasted material on repeat maintenance passes
Need to pull conduit for a mid-line inspection, a rework, or a quick swap? The integral closure means your technicians aren’t dreading the next time they have to open it back up.
Low Profile, High Payoff
Space inside an enclosure or along a panel is always at a premium. The low-profile design keeps these clips out of the way, saving room without sacrificing hold strength, and leaving a cleaner, more finished appearance. It’s a small detail, but on OEM equipment where internal layout matters as much as function, it adds up.

Installation
Getting a run of conduit properly supported comes down to two practical guidelines:
- Spacing: Keep brackets no more than 3 feet (914 mm) apart, in line with Article 351-27 of the 1996 NEC
- Fastening: Use one standard #10 (4-5M) screw for attaching bracket to your panel or chassis (screw not included)
Follow these two guidelines and you’ve got a conduit run that stays put, meets code intent, and looks intentional rather than improvised.
Typical Applications
- Control panels
- Industrial machinery
- Appliance wiring
- Vehicle and marine harnesses
- Any enclosure where cable management can’t be an afterthought
Heyco’s Nylon Corrugated Conduit/Tubing Mounting Clips with Integral Closure aren’t reinventing conduit management, they’re just doing it right. Fast to install, easy to reopen, tough enough for harsh environments, and small enough to disappear into the design. For OEMs and panel builders who need conduit that stays exactly where it’s put, that’s a hard combination to beat.
